I've tried many version of this dish,
but nothing beats my sister-in-law Irene's version!
I wasn't even a big fan of this dish beforehand!
The previous version I've tried are either too spicy or too sour!
She makes it just right!
I've been craving for this for the past 2 years,
finally the courage to make it on my own!
And I'm pleased to say that the results is
