This is my 1st attempt making Tamago Yaki....
Thank God it turn out alright!!

Ingredients:
4 Large egg
4 Tbsp Dashi stock
1 Tsp Mirin

Salt
A Small Rectangular Pan (Optional)

Step 1: Beat eggs and ingredients well
Step 2: Oil Pan (make sure it is well oiled)
Step 3: Pour a small amount of egg mixture in pan
Step 4: Pop the bubbles
Step 5: fold the egg
Step 6: Oil the pan
Step 7: Add small amount of egg mixture again
Step 8: Lift up 1st section of egg to allow egg mixture to seep in
Step 9: Pop the bubbles
Step 10: Fold the egg
Step 11: Keep repeating Step 6,7,8,9,10
till all egg mixture has been used up

*It's also a good idea to keep the flames low
if you are doing this for the 1st time*

I've also included a video on Tamago Yaki found on YouTube...

It's not as easy as it looks.
GOOD LUCK!
